- 1 pound Certified Angus Beef top sirloin cap, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 c.
- 3 dried pasilla peppers
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 8-inch skewers as needed
