Ingredients:
- 1 pound Certified Angus Beef top sirloin cap, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 c.
- 3 dried pasilla peppers
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 8-inch skewers as needed
Instructions:
- Mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper, and egg; shape into meatballs.
- Brown meatballs in skillet; set aside.
- Sauté onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic; add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper, and chicken broth.
- Simmer sauce until thickened; return meatballs to skillet.
