Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Certified Angus Beef top sirloin cap, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/2 c. 
  • 3 dried pasilla peppers
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 8-inch skewers as needed

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a skillet, cook potatoes until golden brown, then set aside.
  2. Brown beef in the same skillet, then remove and set aside.
