  • 1/2 c. 
  • 3 dried pasilla peppers
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 8-inch skewers as needed

Instructions:

  1. Marinate boneless short ribs in a mixture of soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and green onions for at least 2 hours or overnight.
